Your Task

Your task is to create and then present a time capsule (i.e., a sealed container) that analyzes the rhetoric used in selected works by an assigned author.

Step 1. Look at the top of your computer screen and find your assigned letter.

Step 2. Click on the corresponding links below to begin your webquest.

Step 3. Visit each assigned site, where you will read excerpts and analyses; as you complete each phase, you will be directed on how to find the specific item that must appear in your time capsule.

Step 4. For homework, you must find physical representations of each "object" required in your capsule. Bring them to class on Monday and be ready to present your evidence to the entire class.
